Utah’s nightlife and dining scene continues to grow, the July DABS meeting approved 18 new licenses for bars and restaurants across the state. From SLC and Provo to Moab and St. George, this wave brings everything from sushi and seafood to lounges and smokehouses.

- Water Canyon Winery – Springdale
- Eagle Market “The Eatery” – Fillmore
🍽️ Full-Service Restaurant Licenses (beer, wine, liquor)
- Fat Fish – Bountiful
- Sicilia Mia – Millcreek
- Peace on Earth – Provo
- Tuk Tuks Marmalade – Salt Lake City
- Basta Pasteria – Draper
- Mr. & Mrs. Crab Juicy Seafood & Bar – American Fork
- The Lake Break at Northshore – South Jordan (Opening September)
🍷 Limited-Service Restaurant Licenses (beer & wine only)
- Maru Sushi and Bowls – South Jordan
- Grill Bar – Taylorsville
- Sakura Sushi – Lehi
- Mozz – Salt Lake City
- Flower Child – Riverton
- Red Fort Cuisine of India – Cedar City
🍺 Beer-Only Restaurant Licenses
- Sandtown Pizza – St. George
- Borens Smokehouse – Richfield
