Utah’s nightlife and dining scene keeps growing. At the October 2025 meeting, the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services (DABS) approved 17 new licenses for restaurants and bars across the state, from Salt Lake City to Moab. Here’s the full list of who got the green light.
Full-Service Restaurant Licenses (Beer, Wine, Liquor)
These venues now have the full gamut: beer, wine, and liquor. Great places to bring a group, snap content, and test the vibe.

- El Cappuccino – Hildale
- Harvest Midway – Midway
- Galeano’s – Heber City
- Wolfe’s Hotel – Moab

Bar Licenses
These are pure night-out destinations. Ideal for your nightlife reels, content capture, and discovering new hangouts.
- The Cave Saloon – Heber City

Limited-Service Restaurant Licenses (Beer, Wine)
Lower-key, but still awesome: beer/wine service means less barrier to entry, good for all-ages content, casual meet-ups.
