Park City, UT · May 6, 2026. One of Park City’s most recognizable summer traditions is officially returning. Savor the Summit has announced the date for its 2026 edition, bringing Utah’s largest outdoor dinner party back to Historic Main Street on Saturday, June 27, 2026.
Each summer, Main Street transforms into a massive open-air dining experience, with long communal tables stretching through the center of downtown Park City as guests gather for an evening centered around food, wine, and mountain-town summer atmosphere. Over the years, Savor the Summit has become one of Utah’s signature summer events, drawing both locals and visitors to one of the state’s most iconic destinations.
The annual event brings together a wide range of Park City restaurants, each hosting its own dining experience throughout the evening. Participating restaurants currently listed for the 2026 event include:
