EVE Rooftop celebrated its one-year anniversary on Friday night with special guest Andrea Quintero and an opening set by Ivan Rubio. Guests enjoyed an evening of great music, rooftop views, and the anniversary celebration as one of Salt Lake City’s favorite nightlife destinations marked its first year.
